Parkdale Lodge

Parkdale Lodge offers affordable, independent living for low-income seniors. Located next to the Summerland Library and Museum, the Lodge is just steps from downtown Summerland's many shops and services, including drug stores, banks, coffee shops and restaurants. Memorial Park is right across the street for you to enjoy a leisurely stroll or just sit and watch the world go by!

There are 52 one bedroom units that are fully self-contained with kitchen and living room area, bedroom, bathroom and private balcony. Frost-free refrigerator, range and window coverings complete your new home at Parkdale Lodge. On-site laundry facilities are provided. Storage, scooter and car parking is available too.

Spacious common areas accommodate a full range of social and recreational activities from:morning coffee; bingo; movie night; and happy hour; to name but a few! The relaxed and friendly atmosphere continues into common areas, including our comfortable lounge with gas fireplace as well as the welcoming dining area.

Security for the building is provided to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Optional meeting rooms are available for a nominal fee.
