Parkdale Lodge Residency Rates
All units located in Parkdale Lodge are
subsidized units. As a result, rates vary according to income.
Eligibility Criteria

Parkdale Place Housing Society
has three programs. The Angus Place Residence has both (15)
subsidized & (68) non-subsidized units, while the Lodge
has (52) subsidized units only. Angus Place is a Supportive
Living Housing program that includes a service package of
one meal per day, light housekeeping & laundry, and
monitored emergency call system. Parkdale Lodge is an independent
housing model with no support services.
